Several important players in the sector of new technologies serving SMEs have decided to join forces formally through a working group. The result is the establishment of a non-profit association, UBL.BE, whose objective is to facilitate the use and transmission of electronic documents within SMEs and their trustees. UBL.BE therefore aims to develop, disseminate and promote standards for electronic documents (invoices, purchase orders, mailing notes) necessary for commercial transactions. The non-profit organization also wants to provide members with a tool for checking the compliance of these electronic documents with the proposed standards. |

Frankrijk / Duitsland / Zwitserland - Factur-X
Factur-X is een Frans-Duitse standaard voor een hybride e-factuur (pdf voor gebruikers en XML-gegevens voor de computer). Gebaseerd op UN CEFACT en de Europese norm EN 16931. Factur-X is dezelfde standaard als ZUGFeRD 2.1 voor Duitsland. Zwitserland heeft ook aangesloten bij de Factur-X standaard. |
