Vanuit Peppol:

Sinds mei 2026 geldt volgens de Peppol BIS Billing v3 release notes:

New rules for Dutch identifiers with scheme 0106, 0190, 0217, 9944, and NL VAT numbers added to UBL and CII schematrons:

1. PEPPOL-COMMON-R054: Identifiers with scheme 0106 should be 8 digits; (Nederlands KvK-nummer).
2. PEPPOL-COMMON-R055: Identifiers with scheme 0190 should be 20 digits; (Nederlands OIN voor overheid).
3. PEPPOL-COMMON-R056-1: Identifiers with scheme 9944 should have the format NL123456789B12;
4. PEPPOL-COMMON-R056-2: VAT identifiers starting with NL should have the format NL123456789B12; (EU Btw-nummer)
5. PEPPOL-COMMON-R057: Identifiers with scheme 0217 should be 12 digits.

Toelichting identificaties:

• KvK-nummer;
  Scheme 0106 duit op het Kvk-nummer van 8 posities. 
  Het KvK-nummer kan beginnen met een '0' (zoals 07654321). Deze voorloopnul moet meegegeven worden als die van toepasssing is. Dus niet '7654321' maar '07654321'.
  
  
• OIN;
  Het OIN bestaat altijd uit 20 posities. 
  Let goed op een juiste overname van dit nummer. Er kunnen nogal wat nullen aanwezig zijn in het nummer.
